Table visualization improvements

We've made a set of improvements to the Table visualization, particularly around

hiding and showing

columns but we've also added the ability to

rename

columns. You'll also spot some

styling & UI improvements

You can now 'Hide all' columns when editing a Table.
Hidden columns are shown at the bottom of the list to improve the UX when dealing with a high number of columns.
It's now possible to rename columns by clicking the column name and entering a new name.
